Production audio boards on STM32 with USB, analog, and Bluetooth-speaker inputs, running a single field-configurable binary across board variants — plus RK3566-based video boards with a smart watchdog for reliable 24/7 showroom operation.

Shipping one binary across multiple board variants meant the input-routing and configuration logic had to detect its hardware at boot rather than being flashed per-SKU, and the watchdog on the video boards had to recover a frozen display without a human ever noticing.
